August is OK, I like August, it has a lot going for it. Kids return to school, my birthday, harvest time, my birthday, Edinburgh Festival, my birthday, Pittenweem Festival, my son's birthday, some hope of some Scottish sunshine, the Perseids, Madeira Wine Rally oh, and something else that I have right at the back of my mind, oh, yes - my birthday!
Pigeon Risk is a great change of pace for August. August is a month I don't like. However this year July has been right up there with August. Hot, dry and not much fun.

ReplyDeleteScrew all summer months...except for the cherries coming in to harvest...everything else is sucky.
