My joy for today is freshly baked whole wheat bread. I made it late last night, and it was perfect for lunch today. (And tomorrow!) This is a bread I will make often- it is 100% whole wheat, yet is very light and moist. Plus, it fragrances my whole apartment while it bakes, and makes me feel healthy.
Well, this is a gorgeous looking bread...and sounds so good.....I haven't made any bread in a few months! I pig out on it with loads of butter on top!!!

ReplyDeleteYUMMY! I adore the smell of fresh baked bread but I'm sure I would be hopeless at making it. :(
ReplyDeletei can smell it from here dahlink. bread is my downfall and as much as i like it, it doesn't always like me.
