Notarized Lunch

I took a walk this afternoon and encountered this Indian food truck on the corner of 39th and 6th...which is also, apparently, a Notary Public.

    I just saw a segement on tv about how these food trucks are becoming the "in" thing. It is hysterical that it is also a Notary Public. What an odd combination. I guess you can be assured that it is food you are being served??..
